Hi, I’m Brenda — Illustrator & Surface Pattern Designer.

Studio Wida was born to create soulful art and designs with messages of awareness, peace and happiness.

I chose entrepreneurship as my lifestyle to accommodate diverse interests. I have wore different hats: Certified Holistic Health Coach, photographer, investor, and now as an illustrator and Surface Pattern Designer, I found a way to give my creative spirit more meaningful expression.

The way I create my surface pattern designs and illustrations comes from the same inspiration. Every design has a story, whether I witnessed it in my garden, while visiting botanic parks and nurseries, through dreams and meditative practices or simply observing nature.

​

My work blends the charm of traditional media—like ink (with Tachikawa pens), watercolor, gouache and block printing—with the versatility of digital tools to create original patterns and illustrations.

​

You’ll find my designs on fabrics, wallpaper, stationery, decorative adhesive tapes, and other beautiful goods. Whether it’s a soft floral, a quiet forest scene, a lovely animal, or a gentle abstract, each piece is made to feel grounding and peaceful.

I hope that just as I feel peace while creating it, my art can bring you a colorful smile every time you see it.
